If you know Dawn Sims, then you will know of Rhoda Brown. She asked a few months ago for me to take him on as a client and I had a chance to follow him at the Battle of the Badges . He was the VIP cater and had a heck of an outfitted truck with a kitchen. So every holiday he does an overall catering which means he cooks extra for people to buy.
